Are you still having the green screen problem on YouTube? If so, hope the following methods can be helpful:

1. You can change another browser to see these green YouTube videos;

2. Disable Hardware Acceleration: right-click the green YouTube video > Click Settings > Uncheck Enable hardware acceleration > Click Close. Then refresh the page to check the video;

3. Besides flash player, you need to check whether the HTML5 player is used in your browser or not now: YouTube

4. If still unable to solve this by self, follow this guide: Tips on Resolving YouTube Green Screen Issue

You are posting to a topic that is several years old and the most recent post indicates OP was able to resolve this issue. Locking old, resolved, discussion topic.

What is your operating system, version & edition?

What is your display adapter, driver version & date?

I am getting the same problem recently..... the only way I could avoid it was to go to a much older version of the flash player and to turn off "Automatically Update"

How do I turn off the automatic update? I accidentally selected the automatic update option, where can I change that?

This is most likely caused by outdated video drivers.  Could everyone effected please post their OS, browser, the display section from their dxdiag report and a URL that this occurs with?

Thanks,

Chris

I would like to echo the OP and say I experience the same issue. That green bar at the top of my page seems to indicate the amound of space that my colors are shifted downward on a video.Any part of the video that does not have color covered on it appears grey.

Treva: I managed to figure out a solution, right click on the youtube video, click settings & uncheck the box that says 'Enable hardware accleration' refresh the page & that works, but I would still like to figure out a proper solution to this problem
