Why does Adobe CRASH so much??

So many people have posted re/the crashing of Adobe-- yet no replies.  Are their any Adobe people monitoring this site who can answer these questions?  For me, one particular game has been interrupted constantly-- It is "Castleville/Zenga".  I have been on the adobe site most of the day troubleshooting.  PLEASE HELP!!!
