WHY DOES FLASH PLAYER KEEP CRASHING?

Question

I use Firefox on my PC running Windows 7.  All day I have been attempting to view videos on sites such as weather.com and msnbc.com.  In each case, within one minute (sometimes within 15 seconds of the end of the opening ad), Flash Player crashes.  What's going on?

First check on this page of Adobehttps://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html if Flash Player works in your browser and what version you have installed.
