Why does Flash Player/Shockwave continue to crash several time a day?

This product is obviously not a quality product. I've experienced this from WIN Vista to Win 7. It is a constant whether using Firefox or Chrome. I think a class action should be taken against Adobe due to the time people spend dealing with this crash issue. The plugin obviously isn't ready for release. If my browser crashed as often as your product crashes I would find another browser. Is there another alternative to Flash Player? Yes. Silverlight, LightSpark and more. I urge people with Adobe crash issues to take another route. Again, I believe class action should be taken. Either fix it or take it off the market!

Silverlight is a good option. Same I feel your pain flash will see the effects soon yes the total time everyone with this product spending time dealing with issues is great. Unsuitable product I really would like answers instead of this condescending staff Jeromie Clark basically telling you gtfoh. Very unprofessional to not address a customers concerns in anyway and reply with a spiteful remark.
