Why does flashplayer (shockwave) constantly crash in fire fox even thoughI am using the latest version?

Usually it's Shockwave and NOT Flash Player causing it.

Download the following:

Shockwave Player Uninstaller

Shockwave Player 12 FULL Installer

Save them, and close Firefox.

Run the uninstaller first, then the FULL installer.

If you still see error messages, reset Firefox: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems
