Why does mouse/pointer no longer work properly playing Facebook games?

Question

After Chrome updated Adobe Flash Player to version 19,0,0,245 I have been unable to play Facebook games due to erratic mouse/pointer action. I have tried other browsers; game specifies upgrading Flash and I have been unable to figure out how to install earlier version of Flash.

My laptop is Vaio, Windows Vista 2007.
I do not know how to locate Chrome version.

The games worked properly prior to this update. (Coral Isle, Gourmet Ranch, Farmtown)

We believe this isn't a bug in Flash Player, but instead a problem that was introduced with a recent version of Chrome. We've reported this issue to Google (see below) and will work with them to get this resolved ASAP.
