Why does my Shockwave Flash crash on two certain web pages?

These are the two pages that crash my Shockwave Flash:

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Does anyone have a solution for me?

Yeah, my Shockwave just updated. The flash is installed but I haven't restarted Firefox yet. That page seems to load ok for me on my Mac, but I'm going to run it trough my Windows browsers.
