I don't know why, I tried to check my antivirus but everything is fine. Can please someone help me?

    Hi,

This may be due to a certificate issue.  The installer is signed using the latest sha256 certificate which may not be compatible with a computer that is running Windows Vista SP2.  This Microsoft support page, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2763674, provides more information and an update to fix the issue on Vista systems.

Alternately, you can try using the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier page in the 'Still having problems' section, although, it would be more beneficial to update your system since the certificate issue impacts more than just the Flash Player installer.  See this article for more information: Security Advisory 2880823: Recommendation to discontinue use of SHA-1 - Security Research & Defense - Site Home - TechN….
