Why Getting Message to Install Flash Player when already on Computer?

Operating system: Windows 7 - 32 bit

Flash Player version: 22.0.0.210

I use Google to find videos on YouTube.  E.G. "Cats with Cucumber"  I used to be able to play such video without a problem just by clicking the title.  Now, when I find the video and click on the title, I get a message that I need to install Flash Player.  If I do this, the Yellow Download box will not stay on the screen because I already have Flash Player on my Computer.  If I go to YouTube website and try to play the same video, it will play.  How can I avoid the step of having to go to YouTube site to find a video and instead just use Google to find and then paly the video?

You didn't mention what browser you are using, but this sounds like a problem with the website and not Flash Player.  If you go to the page below and scroll down, do you see a tree animation?
