why green screen and just sound when try watch videos?

how to solve when screen gets green if try to watch a video? sound work but no vid.

Disable Hardware Acceleration. That usually fixes most green screen related issues. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date as well.

It works fine when using Google Chrome but just green screen when use Firefox or Microsoft edge...
