    The most likely answer is that the browser or operating system captures that keystroke and that it's unavailable to Flash, but there aren't a lot of details here.

      Ah, this looks like the stand-alone Flash Player (aka Flash Projector) on Windows 10. 

      That's a *really* old version of the SAP.  Do you have the same problem with a current version?
