Why In My Chrome Browser needed always Flash player ? i installed many times though.

Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome and all updates are released by Google via Component Updater. Launch Chrome and go to chrome://components. Locate the Adobe Flash Player item. What version is listed? If it's not 23.0.0.207, click 'Check for updates' button for Chrome to download and install the latest version.
Also, ensure Flash Player is enabled in the browser. See Enable Flash Player for Chrome
