Soon we will have another company making the flash and the monopoly of adobe flash whose service is poor and arrongant will end. American companies collapsed when the corporate is arrongant and just interested in money not in service.

    Hi,

The offline installers posted on the www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html page always required a distribution license.  The page, as is titled, was for distribution customers.

If you provide the log files for the web installer we can review and investigate why it's failing.  The Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? or Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? FAQ pages outline how to obtain and upload the log files.

If you'd rather not provide the log files (of course we then can't investigate why it's failing on your system) you can download the offline installers from the following pages (they've always been available on these pages):

Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac

Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier
