Why is the Flash content bvlocked by mac Safari but it is working fine in Firefox?

I have a page with a flash content in it. This page is properly being shown in firefox, but the same page is showing "blocked plug-in" when opened in Safari.

How to know whether the flash is blocked by the browser or not?
