Why my adobe flash installer has this weird icon and Matlab opens up very time i try to install it

I downloaded adobe flash player and it can't be installed. Every time i click on it, Matlab starts to open, yes, matlab.

And it says, can't edit the simulik protected model file.

Can anyone suggest a way to fix it?
