Why this report crashing?

From last few days my flash player shows an error while I trying to open any flash of youtube videos on my site.

[moderator: non-Flash sites removed. self-promoting your site is not allowed on the forums] sites.

Kindly help me out for this solutions.

Legend

YouTube defaults to HTML5 video, not Flash. Highly doubtful Flash is being used.
