Why will Flash player not work?

Flash player will not work on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit using Firefox or IE 11. I have tried everything that the instructions have said to no avail. Will someone Please help?

I have installed and uninstalled several trying to find out what is wrong to no avail. Nothing works so far in straightening this out. Will not work on Facebook or regular web pages. HELP!!! This is the latest version of Adobe Flash 15.

What exactly does "will not work" mean?

By will not work I meanon most of the pages that have a video that is played by Adobe Flash Player nothing happens. All I get is the black box where the video is supposed to be.
