Why won't Flashplayer install on my iMac OS 10.10.2

I have followed all the instructions to the letter. Each time I try to install it goes exactly 25% and stops.

I have done that several times. No problem downloading, opening but when it starts it goes exactly to 25% and stops ONE NATION UNDER GOD!Les
