Hello

I recently updated to Internet Explorer 11 because I thought maybe 9 was the issue, but its not. Every site that needs adobe still says I need to load the newest version, but you see I already have numerous times.

I also have them as add-on's enabled.

I am beyond frustrated and really need help!!!!

I am so mad I could cry, I just want it to work !!!!!

The problem isn't Flash Player.... It's that abomination of a browser you use... Internet Exploder 11.

Microsoft DELIBERATELY screwed up the User Agent ID strings in IE11 to keep sites from properly identifying it, IF they can ID it at all, which most times, they can't. (Internet Explorer 11’s Many User-Agent Strings)

The pages can't recognize the browser, so they don't recognize any of the plugins, like Flash Player. So far, Microsoft has made NO indication that they have any plan to fix it soon.

Microsoft's recommendation is to use Compatibility View for affected pages, and "pretend" you're using an different browser. Trouble with that is it has seen limited success at best, and you have to individually enable it for EVERY page that has problems.

I'm not big on "pretending" so I recommend actually using another browser.

Firefox (from Mozilla)

Opera (from Opera)

Safari (from Apple)

Chrome (from Google)

ANY of those will work where IE11 won't, with the Flash Player Plug-in (For all other browsers), and Chrome doesn't even need that because it has its own Flash Player plugin built in.

It happened with Internet explorer 8 too. I would rather not download a new browser when I am used to this one. What else is the answer
