Why won't the tutorial for Acrobat DC play?

I just downloaded the free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro on my laptop. But none of the tutorials will play. I checked and was assured I have the latest version of Flash Player on my computer. Other videos (from AOL or YouTube) play. Why won't these tutorials play?

Hi bettyr55586680,Do you have the correct Flash Player type for Acrobat Reader? Acrobat Reader uses the NPAPI plugin (used by Firefox/Safari).
