This is a known issue and we are working with Microsoft to release an update.  Since Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE/Edge on Windows 8 and above, the update will be released by Microsoft, not Adobe.

An update will be posted to Flash Player 20.0.0.267 - ActiveX Embedding Issue when Microsoft releases the update.  You can subscribe to this thread to receive a notification.

In the meantime, you can uninstall the Microsoft Update (KB3132372) to revert to the previous version of Flash Player.
