Win10, flash player 20.0.0.286??

While we provided bits for this build to Microsoft, we do not have control over their distribution pipeline.  Because this release is not a security fix, Microsoft declined to ship this fix to Windows 10 users.  This fix will become available as part of the next regularly scheduled release for Windows 10, which typically aligns with Microsoft's Patch Tuesday in February. 

In the interim, you can work around the absence of this fix by using an alternate browser, like Google Chrome.
