Microsoft embeds Flash Player ActiveX Control in IE and Edge browsers on Windows 10 and all updates are release by Microsoft via Windows Update, as such, there no separate installer for Flash Player ActiveX on Windows 10.

Microsoft does disable/block Flash by default, forcing the user to enable it for each site visited (and this setting is not remembered after the browser is closed). This requires content developers to have Flash detection scripts that conform to browser Flash detection requirements, so that the browser can detect the content requires Flash and prompt the user to enable/allow Flash on that page.

If you're not being prompted to allow/enable Flash, then it's most likely a content issue and you'll need to contact the content provider for assistance.

Adobe is a company with many products. Which one are you referring to, exactly?
