Windows 10 and Chrome, Flash Player doesn't play

Chrome installed Version 52.0.2743.116 m

Windows 10

Immediatedly after having installed Adobe Flash Player, the App is not shown under All Apps.

Also, when I want to play a Video from a webpage, where Adobe Flash Player is required,

it asks me to install the program, even if I've installed it allready.

It seames as if my computer doesn't accept that it has installed Adobe Flash Player allready.

I've tried to solve the problem by allowing Chrome to play Flash Player.

Does the problem hide within Windows 10?

Flash Player is a browser plugin, not an app.  It won't show in Apps

Google embeds Flash Player in Chrome and all updates are released by Google, as such, there is no separate Flash Player plugin you need to install if you are using Chrome

Likewise, Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE/Edge, and all updates are released by Microsoft, as such, there is no separate Flash Player plugin to install if you use IE/Edge.

Launch Chrome and navigate to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html and click the 'Check Now' button.  Wait a few seconds.  What is the resulting system information?
