Windows 10 and Flash Player working together ?!
Is there anyway to get flash player to work reliably on Windows 10? I typically use Chrome and pepper flash crashes about every 15 minutes on a bad day, once a day on a good day. I've been unable to find a fix for chrome, so I thought I'd just bite the bullet and switch browsers. Unfortunately, Edge, Firefox, and the old IE are all unable to reliably play flash content, crashing just as often as Chrome does. Has anyone found a way to make these two work together reliably?
I have tried:
Updating Chrome, Edge, Firefox, IE - no effect
Updating Flash (except in Chrome which uses a separate flash player) - no effect
Updated my video driver - seemed to fix it for a few days, now still crashing
Checked other drivers, no updates appear to be needed.
Clean install of chrome - no effect
Switching to Chrome Canary - no effect
I can't do a fresh install of Windows 10 because it came on my laptop and install media/backup partitions apparently are not a thing anymore
Thank you to anyone and everyone who has something to suggest.
