windows 10 cant uninstall old adobe 32b

Question

hi,I'm trying to open a visualizer program on newly updated windows 10. I installed the latest adobe flash player.it still wont work. this is apparently because the previous version is still working in the background. however I cant seem to remove it.can anyone help?

Hi,Not sure what you mean by 'adobe 32b' or "won't work". Please describe the issue in detail.If you are using Edge browser or Internet Explorer on Windows 10, update are distributed by Microsoft via Windows Update. When the update is installed, the old version is removed.If you're using Firefox, you can try restarting the browser to unload the previous version, but again, not sure what you mean by 32b as there is no such Flash Player version.--Maria
