For which browser did you 'accidentally delete' Flash Player for?

Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE/Edge on Windows 10 and there isn't a separate Flash Player installer for IE/Edge.  Since Microsoeft embeds Flash Player in the browser, it is considered a critical component and the only way to delete the pertinent files is to purposefully modify the permissions on the files and manually delete them.  You may be able to re-install Flash Player by installed the Flash Player for IE/Edge Windows Update. Here are some options to try:

• Obtaining the most recent update see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4503308/security-update-for-adobe-flash-player
  • If this fails due to permissions issues, try running sfc /scannow or fixing windows permissions and try running the update again
    • Run sfc /scannow - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833
    • Use http://www.windowscentral.com/how-use-dism-command-line-utility-repair-windows-10-image to fix issues.

If you removed Flash Player for a different browser, launch that browser and navigate to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer to download the corresponding Flash Player installer.
