Windows 10/Edge ... Flash locks up game

System is 64-bit Windows 10.  Using Edge as Browser according to Win 10, but according to Adobe, I'm using Chrome ... why?

Second question:  playing a game that requires more than 100K local storage.  Changed storage for that game to 1mb.  Still it locks up with the cute lil Local settings window in the middle of the game, which I then must re-boot.

What do I have set incorrectly?  OR what can I do to solve this problem?
