Windows 10/Firefox all updates constant crashes, help!

Hi, my first time on a forum so please be kind. I have recently updated to windows 10 and my flash player is up to date also. I can not get through two minutes of browsing without the error message:

*WARNING: UNRESPONSIVE PLUGIN Shockwave Flash may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the plugin now, or you can continue to see if the plugin will complete.*

At first i clicked on continue as i didn't know there was a long term problem, then i started clicking on 'stop plugin' and then my window would close and no longer be in use. I have checked for all updates, i am up to date, i have tried disabling flash player but obviously this stops any video playing... i have disables shockwave and this has the same effect. Please help, i am unable to use my laptop for any amount of time without the crashes. I have submitted crash reports when prompted but nothing has changed....
