Windows 10 issues with flash player

Background:  In August I've updated my computer from windows 8.1 pro to Windows 10 pro.

Everything worked fine at first but after some updates all of the sudden my flash player started crashing every single one of my browsers ( Chrome, Fire Fox, Internet explorer, and Edge.).

I've tried installing and uninstalling the flash player.  Also upgraded to the new version 19.0.0.185.  Still the same issues.
