This is absurd.

Windows 10 has tried - and failed - to push an update more than 40 times.

Error message?

Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3133431) - Error 0x80242fff.

Microsoft says contact Adobe.  Adobe says contact Microsoft.
