Hello

I have problem with flashplayer on desktop IE11. When i try to toogle between normal size mode video on youtube to fullscreen my IE11 crash on flashplayer problem.

I have flashplayer add-on enabled and ActiveX filtering too.  And even your website wrote me that i dont have instaled flashplayer on my system or in browser (tried from desktop IE).  I tried download solution for windows 8.1 on your website but it doesnt work cuz its only system update and i already have it. And others doesnt work too cuz i have integrated flashplayer for Metro IE in my system from updates.

I want to use my desktop IE instead of metro IE. Can you help me pls? In metro IE it works normaly.

I had these same problems and spent hours trying to figure it out.  Clearing my internet cache, disabling my active x controls, deleting my adobe history folder, etc... but it wasnt until I deleted the adobe cache that I was able to do anything with it. It's kind of hidden in windows 8 but I found it under C:\Users\(insert your user name here)\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Flash Player\Adobe Cache   I deleted the adobe cache folder and it worked for me.  Hope it works for you!

IE11 is having all sorts of problems "being recognized" by sites from Yahoo to Facebook and all in between.

Microsoft has recommended using Compatibility View to fix it, but not everyone has had success with it.

Me? I don't use IE because, as a web designer, I know all the flaws it has. It's known as "the problem child" of browsers by those in my line of work.
I recommend Firefox. It's faster, safer and more stable. It uses a different Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers) without ActiveX controls. No need to enable it or turn off filtering.

Well i know that IE isnt perfect but i dont want to change it and as i see  from forums and blogs this is not problem of IE but flashplayer.

As i wrote before in metro IE it works but in desktop IE doesnt. And thx to integrated flashplayer in my metro IE i cant reinstal flashplayer for my desktop IE.

So i need other solution for this.

And for information im not professional web coder or designer but i know a lot about it and i need IE for coding cuz sooo many people still using IE and it have to be optimized for it.

Somebody else know some solutions for this problem?

http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_stats.asp

IE comprises about 11.7% of all browser use according to the W3C.

According to webstats on my top 5 sites, it's less than that. Single digits in all but one.

About the ONLY people using IE anymore are:

1. Corporate employees locked down from installing third party software on company computers

2. People who are either afraid of installing another browser or are fooled into believing IE is the only one there is.

You can be a "Microsoft puppet" and let them pull your strings forever, or free yourself.

I have IE11, Firefox 25, Opera 18, Safari 5 and Chrome 31 on my Win 8 and 8.1 machines and the ONLY one that gives me grief is that abomination from Microsoft.
