Windows 8 - Adobe Flash

I just got a new Dell computer with Windows 8 and Adobe Flash won't work - tons of error messages.  I can't get a new version or make Adobe compatible with Windows 8 or both.  Very frustrating to have a new computer that now does less than a six year old computer that was running on Vista.  What do I have to do to get Adobe to be compatible with Windows 8?  Is there a better product than Adobe that is compatible with Windows 8?

Flash Player is already embedded in IE10; you cannot uninstall or install it.

Use Windows Update to install the latest version.

Flash Player on Win 8 is handled by Windows Update directly. Nothing anyone at this point can do. Feel free to download Chrome which has Flash built-in.
