Windows 8 Installation-NA

I've been trying to do a visitation chat for the past 2 days & it tells me that I have to have the lateset version 10.3.183. However my computer came w/flash player already(a yr ago).  I uninstalled the flash then reinstalled & the msg I got was "

Flash Player is integrated with Internet Explorer in Windows 8.
You do not need to install Flash Player." I did the troubleshooting again-

After this step I uninstalled/reinstalled again then I got this
