Welcome to the end of support for Flash Player in 2020 I have a request! Can you issue an alternative WMF (Windows Media Fundation) to be able to watch H264 movie in Firefox, Opera, Chromium on Windows XP and ReactOS? WMF is compatibily only with Windows Vista and newer.

I don't fully understand the request, sorry.

Windows XP is already well past its end of life.  I don't understand how continuing to invest in Windows XP would makes sense for either Adobe or the larger web ecosystem.

There are plenty of tools (both commercial and free open-source) available to convert legacy video formats to formats compatible with the HTML video tag.  Converting the source videos to be HTML5 compatible seems like a much better strategy for long-term support.

Listen to the H264 codec which is not available for browsers in HTML5 in Windows XP.

Codec WebM is not supported anywhere. YouTube only

Thanks for the clarification.  I understand what you're asking for now.
