WIndows Surface

My Windows Surface RT has stopped playing Flash Player.  It worked until a couple of days ago now it asks me to install it.  I try to install and I am told it is already installed.  I have carried out compatibility checks and active x checks still no joy.  I have IE 11.0.2     WIndows RT 8.1     Flash for Windows 31bf3856ad364e35_7.3.9600.  It tells me that last update was 10 April 2016.

Any fixes to the problem?
