Windows XP and IE displaying Flash cropped

My client was complaining about the site we built a few years ago not displaying correctly with her new computer. I am pretty sure she is on Windows XP and IE, but not exactly sure about version.

The site is: http://www.chendadesign.com

The issue visually looks like the Flash file gets cropped on both sides. Also, the top padding no longer exists? Is this a flash player issue or css?

It doesnt sound like a flash problem. Look at the image I have atached. This is how it appears on my windows firefox, IE and Mac safari.

Yeah, that looks correct.

The issue on her computer looks like the attached jpg.
