With Windows 10 something wrong between Flash Player and the IE WebBrowser object

With Windows 10 something between Flash Player and the IE WebBrowser object doesn't seem to work.

IE WebBrowser is found in the RealPlayer for example, where these common sites won't play Flash:

http://features.aol.com/video/

http://www.bbc.com/news/video_and_audio/international

Many other programs use the IE WebBrowser object and experience the same Flash Player errors with Windows 10.

Can anyone explain how to correct them?
