Won't update to new security patch 21.0.0.182, why?

Hi

I am using Win 10 & The edge browser, I saw a new security patch was added, but it will not allow me to update to version 21.0.0.182??

I went into settings and then advanced settings, and toggled adobe switch like it said to do, I even closed & reopened browser, but it will not update new security patch. Please Help!

Hi,Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and Edge browsers on Windows 10 and all updates are released via Windows Update. Please go to Windows Update to download and install the latest version. According to Microsoft Security Bulletin MS16-036 - Critical the update is KB3135782.--Maria
