Wondering if an adobe flash player update is legit,

Question

Hello, Every time i restart my computer, an adobe flash player update pops up. I always just exit out of it. I Do not recall ever downloading it, but I know some browsers use it. If anyone could give me some advice, I would greatly asppreciate it.

That looks like a legit notification. Please post a screenshot of the Flash Player Settings Manager Updates tab. This will show wich Flash Player versions are installed and give us an idea of which one is triggering the update notification.

To view Flash Player Settings Manager, go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items > Flash Player > Updates tab. Take a screenshot & post it.
