After installing Flash player Update 13, video will NOT play on CBS & MSNBC.  Video will play ok on MSN & CNN.  Uninstalled & reinstalled FP 13 twice with same results.  With FP 12 ALL video played.

    I'd stick with 12 for a while, then.

    Flash Player 12.0.0.77

    Flash Player Uninstaller

    Run the Uninstaller first, then unzip the linked file for 12.0.0.77 and use the proper installer to put it back on.
