Xfinity/Flash Player problem

I have a brand new Dell desktop with Windows 10.. Xfinity Entertainment says I need to have the latest Flash Player.  When I go to download it my computer says that I have the lasted version.  I checked in settings and the Flash Player is "On".  Comments?
