HI, I downloaded the new flash player and I still get the above message when watching youtube. It popped up after watching one video then clicking another.

PLease help

I have the exact same problem and I am going in circles trying to install and use Flash Player. But nothing seems to work. Now I cannot watch ANY videos on Youtube, I cannot use Google Maps (Street View), Pandora Radio is kaput, and so.

I used to get the same notice: 

You need to upgrade your Adobe Flash Player to watch this video. 

But now I don't even get that. Just a black box and nothing else. This is ridiculous.
