YouTube OK but other sites not, with FF + Vista

I recently updated Flash Player to WIN 10,2,152,26 and now Firefox 3.6.13 gives mixed results. YouTube works OK, but for many other sites, I only get a black box where the video is supposed to play. Already tried uninstall/reinstall of Flash Player, uninstall all old Java and reinstall only latest, rebooting MANY times throughout the process. Only seems to have happened since latest Flash Player arrived a few days ago.

Current config:

HP Pavillion dv7 Laptop with AMD Turion X2 (64-bit) dual-core 2GHz, 4GB RAM

MS Vista Home Premium, Service Pack 2, 64-bit

Firefox 3.6.13 (32-bit)

Flash Player 10.2.152.26

I've tried with and without hardware acceleration.

    I went to the site you mentioned, and it took several minutes (of black screen) until the video started playing.  Perhaps this is the problem?

    If not, try update to the latest Flash Player version 10.2.152.32.
