I'm unclear why you're posting in an Adobe forum about a problem with the YouTube web site.

Seems like this question is better asked in a YouTube forum.

you can create mov files with flash/animate but it is not a video editor.

if you're trying to edit mp4 files, premiere pro is the best option.
