i get a error message from ADOBE in dutch:

The video is play is  perfect play in  Adobe Flash !!

right click on this video tell's me thats this a adobe flash

Why it it playing YouTube video's in the channel link and not in the ..../WATCH? mode ???

In the compatibility view i added  youtube.com and I also disable active-X filtering!

Any help will be very appreciated!

In general, YouTube displays content as HTML5 video, not Flash Player.  In both cases, when I attempt to view videos on these pages, they're consistently presented as HTML5 content.

Here's my generic advice for IE11:

First, confirm that ActiveX Filtering is configured to allow Flash content:
