Youtube videos wont play in Firefox or IE 11

I been trying for a few days to play my youtube videos but they will not play in neither one of my browsers

What exactly means "will not play"?  What do you see instead of the expected Flash content?

It started working but it stopped again. The video starts to play then after about 2 or 3 seconds it shows a black screen that says "An error occurred please try again later. Im using windows 7.
