I'm having trouble with the Flash plug-in, I think. The screen is in a constant state of zoomed in, and I can't figure out how to zoom out.

    If you're using Firefox, this is a bug in Firefox 81 (Mozilla 1667267).  You can use a different supported browser (see https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/tech-specs.html) for a list of supported browsers.  If you're using macOS, note that Apple dropped support for Flash Player in Safari 14.
