Now that is a good question. Is this implementation of the observe pattern (the one from the Adobe Consulting blogs) something that Cairngorm should integrate? Or is there a better way to implement this pattern?

At the **minimum**, I'd like to see two things:
1) internal support for the Observe pattern as is
2) some better error capturing -- there are cases where the ObserveValue throws an erroneous error when you write some bad code. That you are getting an error is NOT erroneous. That Flex Builder is showing you that there is an error in the Observe file is erroneous. If I had an example file I'd share it. Next time I write bad code while using the Observer pattern (which might be in the next ten minutes, who knows) I'll make sure that I get a working example of this.

Thoughts?

Do you have plan it build onto Cairngorm formally?
