AIR Captive Runtime Application not working on new Version of Mac

We have AIR application developed using Adobe FLEX SDK 4.6
We are building AIR Application by packaging captive runtime bundle way.

Application works in macOS 10.14: Mojave but it fails with below error in macOS 10.15: Catalina

The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of macOS. Contact the developer for more information.

We are using below namespace in our descriptor file as it is supported in Flex SDK 4.6
